Description
(A breakdown drill should work on special techniques or situations used in the play. If you use more players on one basket, you can easily describe the rotations.)
With this drill we practice a 2-2 down screen situation and its options.
Rotations:
O1 becomes X1, O2 becomes X2, defenders are going off and a new player steps on. Even numbers are post players and they stay in their group, so do the guards (odd numbers). Play continues until a basket is scored or the defense gets the rebound.
(Once you have finished the breakdown drill, click the "finish creating" button on the upper left side).
